Potential Clients
Often, people hesitate to seek counselling because they believe their issues aren’t significant enough to warrant support or fear their concerns might seem silly. Others think they need a diagnosed mental health condition to justify seeing a counsellor. In reality, any issue causing you distress or preventing you from feeling like yourself is important and deserves attention.

I encourage everyone to try counselling, even if it's just for one session to unburden themselves from the many things that often occupy our mind. Unlike seeking advice, counselling allows you to hear your own thoughts more clearly, which can often be more beneficial than receiving external solutions.

It is also not uncommon that what we need the most in challenging times is self-compassion for ourselves and our situation. We don’t always need solutions; sometimes, we need to be kinder and more understanding toward ourselves. Counselling can help you develop this self-compassion, offering a space where your feelings are validated and your wellbeing is prioritised.
