Hi, I’m Glyn, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to better mental health. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just need a space to talk things through, I’m here to help.
As a counsellor, I specialise in helping people manage anxiety, but I also work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, past trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and stress. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences and gain a clearer understanding of your emotions.
Together, we’ll develop strategies to manage your challenges, improve your coping skills for stress and difficult emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your goals. I offer practical tools and techniques you can use in your everyday life to help make sense of your experiences and move towards positive change.
I’m especially passionate about supporting teachers with their mental health, drawing from my own experiences in the classroom. But whoever you are and whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.
